This website www.scrawlr.com (the "Site"), including the mobile site, extension and smartphone app platforms such as iOS, Android, and Windows, is published and maintained by Scrawlr Development Inc. ("Scrawlr"), a company incorporated and existing in accordance with the laws of Canada (together with its subsidiaries and other affiliates, "us," "we," "our," or "Scrawlr").

Your Agreement to these Terms

Scrawlr provides a social media platform that allows individuals to create, share, discover, and interact with content. You acknowledge that Scrawlr is not responsible for user-generated content and acts solely as a platform provider. You are solely responsible for the content you post, share, or interact with.

By using Scrawlr, you agree that:

  • You possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

Scrawlr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms.
Communication Policy
By creating an account, you consent to receive communications from Scrawlr, including account updates, security alerts, and service announcements. Communications may be delivered by email, in-app notifications, or SMS.
Scrawlr is not responsible if you fail to receive such communications due to inaccurate contact details or issues with your service provider.
Content and Intellectual Property

  • All materials on this Site created by Scrawlr (including software, design, and branding) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • User-generated content remains the property of the user, but by posting it on Scrawlr, you grant Scrawlr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

  • You may not copy, sell, or distribute Scrawlr's proprietary content without prior written permission.

Prohibited Conduct
When using Scrawlr, you agree not to:

Arbitration and Governing Law
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Ottawa, Canada, in accordance with the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of arbitration shall be English.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts located in Ottawa, Canada.
